ABSTRACT:
It is true that educational technology, AI in particular, has been reshaping the modern classroom at an unprecedented pace. However, the heart of language acquisition remains rooted in authentic human connection and engagement in interaction. This workshop invites educators to rediscover the power of "low-tech, high-engagement" strategies that bring English to life.
By stepping beyond the screen, we will explore practical, kinesthetic/tactile methods to foster communication between students and boost improvement in different language skills. Participants will learn how to transform simple, everyday resources into dynamic tools for building fluency and confidence. We will demonstrate that effective teaching does not require complex software; it requires creative presence. Join this workshop to empower your learners through hands-on experiences that are as memorable as they are educational. Let’s reconnect with the art of teaching by starting where we are, using what we have, doing what we can.
