He has given more than 4000 trainings and seminars in many countries including the UK, USA, Germany, Australia, Holland and Denmark. Half of the seminars are conducted volunterially in accordance with the Uğur Böcekleri (Ladybird) Association. The association is a social responsibility project whose aim is to promote the values of tolerance, patriotism, honesty, entrepreneurship and business quality, and to disseminate knowledge through voluntary seminars. The association gives free seminars in schools, kindergartens, orphanages, prisons and universities across Turkey with the aim of providing information to places that normally have difficulty in accessing information and has reached more than 470,000 people. Ahmet Şerif Izgören is also a volunteer Ladybug in the Ladybird Association.
He has 33 published books.
Bio: Ahmet Şerif Izgören was born in Izmir in 1965. After attending Kuleli Military High School, he graduated from Hacettepe University in 1987 with a degree in English Language Linguistics. After retiring from the Army with the rank of First Lieutenant in 1991 he became the founding director of Ankara University TÖMER in Bursa. Later in 1996, he founded the Academy International, which is now known as the Izgören Academy. Between 1998 and 2003 he conducted a cooperation project with the Sunley Management Center of the University of Northampton in the UK. In 2001, he was a faculty member at the Eastern Mediterranean University for one year.
