After graduating from the Department of English Language and Literature at Ankara University in 2006, she became a teacher of English by taking her pedagogic training from the same university. She has been working at Pearson for 12 years. TARGET AGE GROUP: All ages
Games are mostly seen as only time fillers, and their potential for real learning is not recognized. However, they are the most powerful tools while teaching in an ELT classroom. Using games is not only an element of fun, but also a motivating tool that makes challenging topics much more understandable. While teaching, we should use games but when and how?
In this session I will show how games can be used to make lessons more memorable.
